Holiday revelers flocked to downtown Riverhead Saturday afternoon for the Lions Club Christmas parade, followed by the annual holiday bonfire, visiting with Santa Claus, who arrived by boat, and the Christmas tree lighting in the town square.
The event was a collaboration of the Lions Club, Riverhead Townscape, the Riverhead Chamber of Commerce and the Roverhead Business Improvement District.
