The Riverhead Police Department is asking the public’s assistance in locating a missing adult. 

Felix Alexander, a 42-year-old male left the Concern for Independent Living facility located at 260 W. Main St. in Riverhead on Wednesday, Aug. 6,  at approximately 9 p.m. and has not returned, Riverhead Police said in a press release Friday evening.

Alexander is a Black male with a dark complexion, 6’1″tall, 200 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes, police said. He was last seen wearing a mustard colored sweatshirt and black sweat pants. 

Alexander has gone missing in the past and he has been located in New York City shelters and in the Central Islip area. 

Anyone with information on his whereabouts, is  asked to contact the Riverhead Town Police Department at 631-727-4500. All calls will be kept confidential, police said.
