Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and the Riverhead Town Police Department are asking for the public’s help to identify and locate a man they say stole groceries from a Riverhead store in July.
Police said the man stole assorted groceries valued at approximately $995 from Stop & Shop, located at 1615 Old Country Road, on July 20 at about 8:40 p.m.
Police released the surveillance camera images below of the man they say is the suspect in the incident.
Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information is asked to submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS, using the P3 Tips mobile app, or visiting www.P3Tips.com. All calls, text messages and emails will be kept confidential, police said.
