Owners of Riverhead aquarium and hotel tell Riverhead IDA the aquarium would close without further tax breaks. They seek a 10-year extension of tax abatement, which sunsets in four years, and also more tax breaks on a new 'boutique' hotel they hope to build across the street from their complex.
