The Chick-fil-A restaurant, a 5,840-square-foot building with a drive-thru and patio seating will be built on the northwest corner of the Route 58 and Mill Road intersection, along with three other buildings for use as medical offices.

The planning board will hold a public hearing Thursday on the Long Island Cauliflower Association site plan application proposing four restaurant buildings, three with drive-thru windows, on the northwest corner of Route 58 and Mill Road. One will be occupied by a Chick-fil-A, another by a Jimmy John's and Dunkin'. Tenants for the other two buildings, one of which is a 200-seat sit-down restaurant, have not been announced.
