The Hallock State Park visitors center on Sound Avenue will sell N.Y.-produced alcoholic beverages and visitors will be able to drink them on-site, including on an outdoor patio and picnic area, according to a document released last week by the state parks department.

Plans for Hallock State Park, including ‘Taste NY’ shop, unveiled at stakeholders meeting with parks officials Friday
The 600-square-foot 'Taste NY' concession will sell prepackaged food and beverages as well as locally sourced items that won't compete with farm stands and wineries. The visitors center, fronting on Sound Avenue, will also offer bathrooms, an educational exhibit area and a community meeting room.
