PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Riverhead, at Riverhead Town Hall, 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York, on the 21st day of October, 2014 at 7:10 o’clock p.m. to consider a local law amending Chapter 110 entitled “Stormwater Management and Erosion and Sediment Control” of the Riverhead Town Code as follows:

STORMWATER MANAGEMENT AND EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL
§ 110-6. Stormwater pollution prevention plans.
Stormwater pollution prevention plan requirement. No application for approval of a land development or redevelopment activity shall be approved receive final approval until the Stormwater Management Officer (SMO) has received, reviewed, and accepted a stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) prepared in accordance with the specifications in this chapter.
