The Butterfly Effect Project seeks local business owners who need summer employment for a job partnership. A meeting will take place Tuesday, March 19, from noon to 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Riverhead for those interested in participating.
Youth ages 14 to 17 will be trained by career services provider/job coach Lisa Owens and complete a tailored job program. Throughout the terms of employment, participants will be mentored by BEP executive director Tia Fulford and treasurer Ron Fisher, who will work to ensure satisfaction and correct any job performance issues that may arise.
To RSVP, call 631-591-0759 or email contact@bepgirls.org.
