Southampton Town Police will be collecting expired and unused medication Saturday, Oct. 26, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the David Crohan Community Center in Flanders.

Residents are encouraged to turn in unused or expired medication for safe disposal to prevent unused medications from polluting drinking water or ending up in the hands of vulnerable populations. The service is free and confidential. Liquid medication, syringes, sharps or thermometers cannot be accepted.
