(Updated: Sept. 27 ) Police said Jacqueline Caraballo and Autumn Tucker have been located unharmed and returned to Little Flower

Riverhead Police are asking the public’s help to locate two children reported missing from Little Flower Children’s Services in Wading River on Sept. 25..

Police said reported missing were:

Jacqueline Caraballo, 14, described as a white female, 5’3, 198 pounds, with brown eyes and straight black hair.

Autumn Tucker, 13, described as a Black female, 5’3” tall, 140 pounds, with brown eyes and straight black hair.

No foul play is suspected, police said. Anyone with information regarding the location of the children is asked to contact the Riverhead Police Department at 631-727-4500. All calls will be kept confidential, police said.
