Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and the Southampton Town Police Department are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who burglarized a Flanders Deli in February.
A man threw a large stone through the front window of Hampton Deli, located at 887 Flanders Road, on Feb. 23 at approximately 2 a.m., according to a police press release. The man stole cigarettes and beer before fleeing the area on foot, police said. Police said the suspect is thought to be Hispanic, heavy-set and approximately 5′-5″ to 5′-8″ tall.
Police released the above surveillance camera images they say depict the suspect at the scene.
