REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Town of Riverhead is seeking requests for proposals for the purpose of selecting a qualified Selected Developer to design and implement a housing-led, owner-oriented, mixed-use redevelopment Railroad Street TOD property adjacent to the LIRR station.
Specifications and/or Plans must be obtained by visiting the Town of Riverhead website at www.townofriverheadny.gov on or after July 2, 2026. Click on “Purchasing Department”, then “Current Bids and RFP’s” and follow the instructions to register.

The Town retains the right to postpone or cancel the RFP if the Town determines, in its sole discretion, that the best interests of the Town will be served thereby.
