Cross Sound Ferry

For more than two decades, fireworks in July has meant a holiday bonus check for East End nonprofit groups. This year's beneficiary of Cross Sound Ferry Services' annual fireworks benefit cruise was North Fork Breast Health Coalition.

Cross Sound Ferry Services purchased the Pamlico, a 50-auto, 300-passenger ferry, to be the ninth vessel in its fleet. It will begin service this summer.
