Osborn Avenue apartment building could begin leasing this spring, developer says
Developer John Paci III says construction is progressing at 205 Osborn, with ground-floor anchor tenant Hanover Bank in place, as he asks the IDA to extend a sales tax exemption and push PILOT to 2026.
