Riverhead Police said the body of a man known only as 'Oscar' was found in a “tent encampment” in a wooded area between Pulaski Street south of the railroad tracks and West Main Street. Police ask anyone with information about the man's identity or circumstances of his death to call police at 631-727-4500. All calls will be kept confidential, police said.
