Hunting classes

Town officials are having a hard time keeping bicyclists and hikers off the trail, despite signs posted at trail entrances advising the public that because the town allows deer hunting at the park during the special shotgun season..

Youth ages 12 to 15 can learn about geese and duck hunting in an instructional course at Hubbard County Park in Flanders Oct. 27. Completion of the course allows youth to participate in a special two-day youth hunt Nov. 10 and 11.
