Riverhead IDA green-lights tax benefits for Second Street firehouse restoration and brewery, tasting room plans
The Riverhead IDA approved the application of Wolf Properties and Long Beard Brewing Co. for tax benefits for restoration and renovation of the Second Street firehouse. Long Beard plans to build a Viking ship-themed tasting room in a portion of the first floor.
