Pat Snyder was honored April 7 at Peconic Ballet Theatre's annual Black & White gala. The event took place at the Sea Star Ballroom at the Hyatt Place Long Island in Riverhead.

With little fanfare, longtime executive director of the arts organization Pat Snyder finished up her last day of work in that position today. Incoming executive director Shawn Hirst takes the helm next week.

East End Arts is celebrating a successful financial and artistic year at its annual members' meeting.

Downtown Riverhead will be alive with art and music on August 11.
