A Manhattan-based real estate investment group has purchased the Sunny's diner and Michelangelo's buildings. The same group also purchased the PeraBell and HyTing buildings. New restaurants will open in all locations, the broker who handled the sales said.

The building that once housed Klein’s Court Restaurant, J.P. Michael’s and, most recently, the Courthouse Restaurant was razed today.
