Glenn Norman Evans passed away July 11, 2011. He was 65 years old.Glenn was born and raised on Sound Avenue, Riverhead, the son of Harold Evans and Estelle Wells Evans.He graduated from Riverhead High School in 1964. He left home to attend seminary school, and following that he was a pastor for over 30 years. He had metastatic melanoma for his last seven years.He is survived by his wife Susan, his son Nathaniel, his daughter Rebecca, his mother Estelle, his brother James, his sisters Carol and Gail, and his grandson Alexander. A memorial service will be held for him in Tennessee, his last place of residence.
