Riverhead Police are seeking information on thefts of copper water pipes from Wading River homes over the past two weeks.
Police said an unknown person or people forcibly entered several vacant homes on 17th Street and 19th Street in Wading River between July 27 and Aug. 7 and cut out copper water pipes, causing extensive damage to the homes.
