The Riverhead High School Varsity Girls Cross Country team make a strong showing at the Manhattan College High School Cross Country Invitational meet on Saturday, Oct. 10.
The high school freshman girls team came in third in their race with Eve Pittman coming in third overall in her race. Megan Kielbasa cam in second overall among all Middle School (intermediate) runners and was close to breaking the meet record.
The Varsity Girls Cross Country team is coached by Justin Cobis.
