A big LOCAL shout out to the dozens of volunteers on standby tonight at their headquarters, waiting to respond to emergency calls in treacherous blizzard conditions.

You folks rock and it’s hard to find words to express how much we appreciate what you do for your community each and every day — and especially on days and nights like this.

We appreciate our vols, our paid first responders, our police officers,  our highway crews and the staff at our hospital who are so dedicated to serving our community and keeping us safe 24/7/365.
