It’s baby cow season at Goodale Farms.

Five calves have been birthed in just the past week, with one more on the way. Hal Goodale, owner of the farm, says they try to plan the births this way so they happen close together.

We visited Goodale Farms yesterday just as calf number five was making its way into the world. Check out these photos of the calf’s first moments in the world.

Warning: Some of them could be considered a bit graphic!
