A Flanders man is facing felony drug and weapons charges after an East End Drug Task Force raid in Flanders Monday, according to Southampton Town Police.

Eric Ross, 24, was in possession of a loaded .38 caliber hand gun as well as quantities of cocaine and marijuana, scales, packaging materials and cash, when officers from the Suffolk District Attorney’s Office East End Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at his home at 107 Priscilla Avenue, Southampton Town Police said in a press release issued today.

Ross was charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, criminal possession on a controlled substance in the third degree (possession with intent to sell) and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree and criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the second degree, and criminal possession of marijuana in the third degree.

Roger Foster, 19, of Baiting Hollow was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, police said.

Editor’s note: A criminal charge is an accusation. By law, a person charged with a crime is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
