Riverhead Townscape’s annual free Friday night concert series in Grangebel Park offers a wide range of musical styles throughout the summer. Dedicated to the memory of Jim Lull, the concert series features music as varied as classic rock to big band to country.

Each Friday night, weather permitting, concerts begin at 7 p.m. Spectators bring chairs, blankets and even picnic dinners to enjoy on the lawn in front of the stage. Many concert-goers spend the evening dancing in the moonlight, while others simply relax and listen.

Here’s this summer’s lineup of musical acts:

July 14 — Who Are Those Guys (neo-classic rock)
July 21 — Exit 47 (rock and roll)
July 28 — Long Island Sound Symphony (classical)
August 4 — Riverhead Community Band (show tunes, big band)
August 11 — Jim Hanna Band (folk rock)
August 19 — Southbound (country – tribute to America)
