All singers, dancers and holiday lovers are invited to audition for the North Fork Community Theatre’s “Holiday Music Revue” until Sunday, Oct. 10.

The show will be held on Friday, Dec. 3 through Sunday, Dec. 5 with rehearsals to begin in mid-Oct. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

All auditions can be submitted as a video to [email protected] by Oct. 10. If an in-person audition is preferred, email [email protected] to schedule by Oct. 3.

Children ages 7 to 15 years old should submit 16 bars from any Broadway show that best highlights their voice. Those who wish to be considered for a solo role must also prepare 16 to 32 bars from “Somewhere Hovering Over Indiana” from a Christmas Story the Musical, “There is a Santa Claus” from Elf: The Musical or “Let it Go” from Frozen. All children cast will participate in at least 3 vocal numbers with a choice of dancing.

People 16 and older should submit 16 to 32 bars from any Broadway style song or holiday song. Those who wish to be considered for a solo role must also submit a video performance one of the following songs: “Merry Little Christmas” from Meet Me in St. Louis, “White Christmas” from Irving Berlin’s Holiday Inn, “A Christmas Song” from Elf: The Musical, “There is a Santa Clause” from Elf: The Musical — adults sing the second verse — and “What’s This” from A Nightmare Before Christmas. All adults cast will be able to participate in ensemble numbers including “Seasons of Love,” “We Need a Little Christmas” and “Counting Down to Christmas.”
