The Riverhead boys basketball team clinched a playoff berth with their home win over Brentwood Tuesday, 59-54.
DeShawn Watkins led the Waves with 24 points scored, followed by Anaiss Mitchell with 15.
Riverhead is now 6-2 in League I and 9-7 overall. The Waves next travel to Central Islip (0-8 in League I, 1-15 overall) on Monday. Tip off is at 4:30 p.m.
