Northwell Health’s Peconic Bay Medical Center has opened a new women’s multispecialty center in Manorville, a 10,000-square-foot outpatient facility that will provide a range of women’s health services at the health system’s Route 111 campus.

The center is part of Northwell’s Katz Institute for Women’s Health and includes 15 exam rooms, two ultrasound rooms, a procedure room and an on-site lab. Northwell said the project represented an investment of about $5 million.

Peconic Bay Medical Center marked the opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Jan. 16.

Services offered at the site include breast surgery, cardiology, obstetrics and gynecology, maternal-fetal medicine, plastic surgery and urogynecology, Northwell Health said in a press release. The health system said fertility services are planned for future integration.

The center will allow patients to see multiple specialists at a single location, said Kerri Anne Scanlon, president of Northwell’s eastern market.

“Our mission is to deliver exceptional, integrated care for every stage of a woman’s life right in their community through our expert network of specialists in a welcoming, supportive environment,” Stacey Rosen, executive director of the Katz Institute for Women’s Health said in a statement.

The new Manorville center is expected to complement the planned Emilie Roy Corey Center for Women and Infants at Peconic Bay Medical Center, which the health system said is slated to open in 2027.

“This new center in Manorville is a critical component of our broader vision for women’s and infant care in Eastern Suffolk County,” PBMC President Amy Loeb, said. “By establishing this hub now, we are creating a direct pathway to the advanced services, including those supporting a future Level II NICU, that will be available at the Emilie Roy Corey Center for Women and Infants. It’s about building a complete, accessible continuum of care for our community,” she said.

The women’s multispecialty center is the latest addition to the Peconic Bay Medical Center Manorville campus, first opened in 2013, where the hospital operates a range of services including medical offices, a diagnostic imaging center and outpatient surgery.
