Janice Chew of Mattituck died Aug. 13, 2026, at home. She was 76 years old.
Friends may call Tuesday, Aug. 18, from 4 to 7 p.m. at DeFriest-Grattan Funeral Home in Mattituck.
Funeral services will take place Wednesday, Aug. 19, at 11 a.m. in the DeFriest-Grattan chapel. Interment will follow at New Bethany Cemetery in Mattituck.
Memorial donations may be made to the Mattituck Fire Department Rescue Squad. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
