Bereavement group

The Neighborhood House, a non-profit grief center, offers an eight-week support group for children, teens, families and individuals who are grieving the loss of a family member due to suicide or overdose.

The Neighborhood House, in partnership with Peconic Bay Medical Center, is forming bereavement groups in Riverhead for people coping with the loss of loved ones to suicide or overdose.
