Citizen’s Cooperative Development Team

Riverhead Town officials have introduced the Citizen’s Cooperative Development Team, a new committee that will be chaired by Supervisor Tim Hubbard with the goal of bringing together town officials’ and residents' ideas for the future of the former Northrop-Grumman manufacturing plant, also known as EPCAL.
