Teachers' group vows retribution at the ballot box for legislators who voted in favor of 'reform' measures, which they say are demoralizing to children, teachers, and public education.

Details of the agreement will be released today, but Gov. Cuomo said the agreement includes “landmark education reforms and investment” as well as “ground-breaking ethics reform.”
