L.I. Wine Council

Ali Tuthill, hired in April as marketing director of the L.I. Wine Council, will take over as executive director Sept. 1, succeeding Steve Bate, who has served in that post since 2004.

Winterfest-Live on the Vine 2015, which runs Feb. 21 through March 29, celebrated with a kickoff party Friday night at the Suffolk Theater.

The second annual "Taste North Fork" on Veterans Day weekend will include tastings, events, discounts & live music at the wineries , as well as a free "hop on-hop off" shuttle service that will circulate throughout the North Fork, connecting wineries and the region’s historic hamlets.
