First monkeypox case confirmed in Suffolk
The first confirmed case of monkeypox has been identified in a Suffolk County resident, the Suffolk County Department of Health Services announced today. It is one of 96 confirmed monkeypox cases in New York and about 400 in the U.S. so far.
