Riverhead PAL football

The 10-week clinic will focus on fundamentals, skill development, and position-specific instruction.

The last chance to register for PAL football,  flag football and cheerleading is coming up April 22 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Riverhead Senior Center.

Riverhead PAL football has a new strategy for stimulating interest in football and supporting Riverhead's football program: coordinating instruction and plays with the Blue Waves teams.

Registration for the Riverhead Police Athletic League football, flag football and cheerleader programs opens on March 6.

Registration opens for Riverhead PAL football players and cheerleaders on May 2.
