Ali Tuthill, hired in April as marketing director of the L.I. Wine Council, will take over as executive director Sept. 1, succeeding Steve Bate, who has served in that post since 2004.

‘Taste North Fork’ back for second year on Veterans Day weekend
The second annual "Taste North Fork" on Veterans Day weekend will include tastings, events, discounts & live music at the wineries , as well as a free "hop on-hop off" shuttle service that will circulate throughout the North Fork, connecting wineries and the region’s historic hamlets.
