A “super PAC” created by the Suffolk County police union has Riverhead Supervisor Sean Walter in its crosshairs. The question is: Why? Walter says his opponent will move to have the county take over the Riverhead PD — which challenger Jodi Giglio and the county PBA president vigorously deny.
