All 23 retail establishments checked by Riverhead Police Monday during an enforcement sweep targeting the sale of tobacco and vape products to underage patrons were found to be in compliance with the law, police said in a press release.

Riverhead Police arrested two retail clerks with unlawful sales of vape products to minors during compliance checks at 10 retail locations on July 19.

Riverhead police said all 22 businesses checked during a vape and tobacco compliance operation were found in compliance.
