A blizzard warning has been issued for heavy snow and strong winds tonight through tomorrow night for eastern Suffolk County. North winds at 32 to 37 mph, gusting as high as 60 mph, will produce blizzard conditions, the National Weather Service said. Snow accumulations of 12-16 inches are forecast.
