Woman of Distinction

Shirley Coverdale, president and CEO of the Family Community Life Center, has been named the 2026 Woman of Distinction for Suffolk County’s First Legislative District.

RiverheadLOCAL editor and publisher Denise Civiletti has been named a 2020 “Woman of Distinction” by State Senator Ken LaValle.

Senator Ken LaValle is requesting nominations for a woman to be recognized as a New York State Senate First District’s “Woman of Distinction.”
