There are at least two new residents at the Suffolk County Social Services Department trailer for homeless registered sex offenders located in the parking lot of the county jail in Riverside.
Troy C. Wallace and Rashad McCall have been newly listed in the New York State Sex Offender Registry as residing at the trailer.
In addition, two more men — Kevin Griffith and Jason Nagy— are listed as residing at 100 Center Drive, the address of both the trailer and the jail, but the database contains no specific information regarding whether they are inmates at the jail or residents of the trailer.
Another man, Michael Lapine, has been listed in the registry at a Sound Avenue, Riverhead address.
Last month, RiverheadLOCAL.com published a list of all level 2 and 3 registered sex offenders living within the Town of Riverhead and in Southampton town in zip code 11901. We will add to that list as we learn of registered level 2 and 3 sex offenders moving into the community, including those being housed by the County of Suffolk in the trailer in the parking lot at the jail.
