Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Riverhead Town Police are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate a woman they said used a stolen credit card at multiple locations.
A purse with the credit card was stolen from a vehicle in the parking lot of Costco, located at 1768 Old Country Road in Riverhead, on Jan. 9 at approximately 3:15 p.m., according to police.
A woman used a stolen credit card at businesses in Coram, Ronkonkoma and Holtsville on January 9, police said. During one of the transactions, the woman was accompanied by a man seen in the above photo, according to the report. The woman was seen in an older model sedan with a man and another woman.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential, police said.
