The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch for possible heavy snow with accumulations of four to seven inches on Long Island tomorrow night.
The winter storm watch, in effect from Saturday evening through early Sunday morning, also covers New York City, southern Connecticut, northeast New Jersey and most of the Lower Hudson Valley.
“Plan on difficult travel conditions,” the weather service said in a statement. “Significant reductions in visibility are possible.”
