The Lab for Scalable Mental Health at Stony Brook University is currently recruiting 12 to 16 year-olds and their parents for a research study involving technology.

Teens who are more “sad” or “down” than other kids or have difficulty coping with stress may be eligible to participate in the study by testing virtual reality and online programs designed to boost coping skills and mood in teens. Parent participation is required.

Compensation of up to $50 per family will be available, following a 2-hour visit and online follow-up surveys.

To find out if your teen is eligible, email schleiderlab@gmail.com, call 631-632-7578 or visit http://www.schleiderlab.org/participate.html.
