The Riverhead Town Police Athletic League received a $670 donation from the National Automobile Dealers Association Foundation, thanks to association ambassador Bill Fields, general manager of Apple Honda in Riverhead.
As a NADA ambassador, every three years Fields can choose a local nonprofit organization to receive a NADA Foundation gift.
Fields presented Riverhead Town Police Lt. Rick Boden, who runs the Riverhead PAL program with the gift at Apple Honda’s Route 58 showroom on Oct. 25.
