1:42 a.m. Suspicious person report, Cross River Drive, Riverhead. Officer reports checking location with K9, no person in basement. 

3:21 a.m. Suspicious person report, American Legion Post, Hubbard Avenue, Riverhead. Officer reports suspicious persons, no further details.

3:32 a.m. Death investigation report, Express Deli and Cafe, Osborn Avenue, Riverhead. Officer reports death investigation. 

6:57 a.m. Criminal mischief report, St David’s Preschool, Riverhead. Officer reports criminal mischief to window, negative subjects within. 

8:45 a.m. Unauthorized use of motor vehicle report, 21st Street, Wading Rvierhead. Officer reports complainant states that subject deviated from the vehicle use agreement, unauthorized use affidavit signed.

11:30 a.m. Civil dispute report, Little Flower School, Wading River. Officer reports documentation of prior incidents.

2:29 p.m. Disturbance report, Walmart, Riverhead. No further details.

2:37 p.m. Property lost or stolen report, Summerfield Lane, Aquebogue. Officer reports incident documented.

3:25 p.m. Larceny report, Epic Jeans, Tanger Outlets, Riverhead. Officer reports a prior petit larceny.

4:05 p.m. Property lost or stolen report, Hubbard Avenue, Riverhead. Officer reports property lost or stolen, incident documented.

4:51 p.m. Warrant investigation report, Riverhead Police Department, Riverhead. 

5:12 p.m. Suspicious person report, 21st Street, Wading River. Officer reports a known subject was causing a disturbance at a residence, fled prior to PD arrival. 

5:13 p.m. Missing person report, Timothy Hill Ladybug House, Baiting Hollow. Officer reports both juveniles located. 

5:21 p.m. Criminal mischief report, Timothy Hill Children’s Ranch, Riverhead. Officer reports 16-year-old climbed out the window and yelled at staff. 

5:58 p.m. Town code violation report, 71 East Main Street, Riverhead. Officer reports intoxicated male transported to PBMC via Flanders volunteer ambulance.

9:48 p.m. Suspicious person report, 7 Eleven, West Main Street, Riverhead. Officer reports subject and possible drug activity. 

9:51 p.m. Disturbance report, Timothy Hill Ladybug House, Baiting Hollow. No further details.

10:08 p.m. Disturbance report, Wading River Development, Wading River. Officer reports intoxicated female on site, subject escorted to room. 

10:28 p.m. Emotionally disturbed person report, Lockitt Drive, Jamesport. Officer reports all under control upon arrival. Family interviewed and no further reason for intervention at this time. Family advised to call back if further assistance is needed. 

10:28 p.m. Suspicious person report, Riverhead Car Wash, Riverhead. Officer reports subject told to leave and complied.
