Convictions reported here are misdemeanors or felonies and do not include violations, unless resulting from a charge of a misdemeanor or felony, or traffic infractions. Most felony cases are removed to Suffolk County Criminal Court for prosecution and are not included in this report.
Corbin Jr, William J., 39, of Riverhead, pleaded guilty on Jan. 22 to a charge of Driving While Intoxicated on July 1, 2023, and was sentenced to a conditional discharge for one year and was fined $760.
Johnson, Steven, 30, of Riverhead, charged on July 25, 2024 with Assault in the Second Degree, pleaded guilty on Jan 22 to Harassment in the Second Degree and was fined $250.
Lopez-Guevara, Osmaro, 38, of Riverhead, pleaded guilty on Jan. 21 to Driving While Intoxicated on July 3, 2023 and was sentenced to three years probation and fined $1,400.
