Riverhead Police reported arresting 16 people on 22 criminal charges from Sunday, Jan. 26 through Saturday, Feb. 1. Among the charges filed against adults arrested were driving while intoxicated, petit larceny, criminal contempt, town code violations and three arrests on outstanding bench warrants.

11:14 a.m. Town Code Violation, Peconic Riverfront Park, Heidi Behr Way, Riverhead. Adrew Mulligan, 48, of Riverhead, was arrested for a town code violation. The violation was not specified in the report.
1:57 p.m. Town Code Violation, Lincoln Street and Osborn Avenue, Riverhead. Kevin Gerardi, 54, of Riverhead, was arrested for a town code violation. The violation was not specified in the report.
2:43 p.m. Warrant Investigation, Marcy Avenue, Riverhead. Gabrielle Aquino, 24, of Riverhead was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
