Patricia A. Rambo of Calverton died on Oct. 30, 2025, at Peconic Bay Medical Center. She was 68 years old.
She was born in Riverhead on July 11, 1957, to Stanley and Emily (Condzella) Yakaboski. Patricia graduated from Riverhead High School in 1975. She married Wayne Rambo on April 17, 1982, at St. Isidore Church. Patricia was a dedicated mom and worked at local farmstands. Her family said she enjoyed gardening, walks on the beach, baking, and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Wayne; her son, Kevin (Kimberly) Rambo; her daughter, Kelly (John); her grandchildren, Avery Kingston, Bennett Joseph and John Henry; and her siblings, Stanley (Sharon) Yakaboski, Leonard (Martha) Yakaboski, Alfred (Donna) Yakaboski and Sharon (Tony) Martocchia.
The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2025, from 4 to 8 p.m. at McLaughlin Heppner Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, Nov. 6, 2025, at 10 a.m. at St. Isidore Church, with interment at Calverton National Cemetery.
